Windows

Windows and doors are the next areas you will want to consider inspecting.  When we have windowpanes cracking or the sealants beginning to chip away, areas can become exposed allowing moisture into the home which can cause a lot of damage in a short period of time.  Using a waterproof caulk or silicone material will help prevent these holes form expanding and water from entering our homes.
